We gained our ISO 9001 accreditation in 2009.
ISO is an international organisation with a membership of 162 national standard bodies. The 9001 accreditation demonstrates that a company uses the highest known systems of quality management.
To gain this accreditation, we were evaluated and approved on our quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation of top management, our process approach and continual improvement.
We achieved the Gold accreditation as Investors in People in 2019.
Investors in People was created to develop a UK national standard of good practice for training and development. It is now recognised in 66 countries.
To win this accreditation we were assessed in the three categories of leading the company with openness and trust, supporting staff by structuring their work and recognising good performance, and improving throughout the company through training and support. We joined this scheme because we firmly believe that training and supporting our people is the best way to help them give all our customers the best service possible.
We have been a member of the ombudsman service since 2017.
Ombudsman Services assists in dispute resolution. It provides a firm and fair approach to both consumers and service providers to resolve customer complaints with the most appropriate outcome. The Ombudsman Service provides individual support and industry-wide advice.
We take part in this scheme because we take complaints seriously and regard customer happiness as our highest priority.
In 2019 we won the ‘Reseller Sales Team of the Year’ award in the £2.5m-£10m category.
In 2018 we won ‘Sales Team of the Year’ in the £2.5m-£10m category for the second year running.

The Shropshire Chamber of Commerce showcases the best businesses across the county at the prestigious Shropshire Business Awards, which are now in their 18th year. The winners of these the highly prestigious awards are selected from businesses of all sizes and sectors in Shropshire.

For the mobile dealer category, judges select the winner based on metrics including product portfolio, customer testimonials, staff training, local knowledge and expertise, community initiatives, value-added services and customer retention.
