Step by step

Our teams work with yours to build a solution that fits your business

  • 1. Consult

    We’ll meet with you on site or via video to discuss your business goals and requirements. Our Product Specialists will get to know you and how your business runs.

  • 2. Recommend

    You’ll get a clear proposal for everything we discussed, including recommendations for futureproofing your setup. We’ll advise you of the best technology for your budget.

  • 3. Strategise

    We’ll work together to put a plan in place for the delivery of your new service, including on-site surveys, installations and timelines that suit you.

  • 4. Implement

    Our Radius Engineers will be on site to install and roll out your solution, whether that’s a new hosted phone system, cloud migration or mobile phone and SIM distribution.

  • 5. Support

    Our teams will handover internally and you’ll be introduced to your Radius Account Manager. You’ll also have named support contacts, who will be there for anything you need day to day.

  • 6. Review

    Your Account Manager will conduct quarterly reviews with you to ensure you’re happy with the way your account is being managed and provide any reporting you require.

You’ll have an introductory call or meeting with your new Account Manager, who will be responsible for the management of your Radius Connect products and services.

They will give you named contacts for any technical support, reporting and advice you might need day to day, whilst conducting monthly and quarterly reviews of your account.
