Radius is really pleased to announce the acquisition of Rainbow Communications, one of the leading independent telecoms companies in the UK and Ireland. Based in Belfast and established over 20 years ago the company now supplies a full range of services including connectivity, hosted VOIP and mobile to its 10,000 business customers.
This acquisition represents the 8th by Radius in this sector in the last 2 years and follows the purchase of Connect Total Communications in October 2020, both of which will strengthen Radius’ presence in Ireland specifically. The recent acquisition of both Connect Total and Rainbow Communications builds upon Radius’ existing mobile and fixed line services, respectively.
Radius has operated within Ireland for 25 years and has built a growing customer base under the DCI brand, a provider of fuel card solutions. This acquisition will enable DCI customers to benefit from a broader variety of products and services with ease of management from a single provider moving forward.
